i always try to have a spotter when shooting video - but, hey, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. i was panning across this building and JUST about to stop when i hit a group of small trees and this happened

THIS happened

i thought i was stuck in the tree - but she was happily hovering just above the branches when i finally got down there. not a scratch.

Been there, done that...three times. It’s amazing how the drone can self correct under those severe conditions!!

the spotter idea is great, but remeber in your pre-flight, check visually the area and the possible obstacles on the place, then you can change the flight trayectory and also the altittude.
