There is a part 3 to this sequence of displays. i did some research
today behind these displays and found they are actually filmed in
the Highlands of Scotland ( sometimes in daylight ) by a company
called Celestial, the Nighttime Edinburgh backdrop is added in
post film editing and any slight misplaced drones are digitally
corrected to line up in the finished film. It is still incredibly clever
but not 100% what you see in the final cut.

Yes totally agree, these displays are taking place all over the world now
and will only put drones in a more positive place, instead of negative press
all the time. ??

Scotland....pretty sure they use English. Maybe they were trying to spell it phonetically with a Scottish accent lol

WOW! After watching the telecast of the Sydney fireworks display, all I could think was quite impressive but what a huge waste of money, not to mention the excessive noise/air pollution, and impact on the local wildlife. This drone use is a pretty amazing display of technology, and a far better way to celebrate events in technostyle, if they can get clearance to fly them over crowds rather than superimposing them..
