Well, I have to ask, what do you think would happen to me if I were flying my DJI Mini toy and I hit a power line and it fell to the ground and on the way down, it struck a child sending him to the hospital?

One standard for 'them' and another for us... couldn't agree more, but what needs to be taken into account is that the licenses and fees being paid to the FAA by Amazon and all the other drone delivery fatcats represent massive and regular income compared to how much the Aviation Authorities make from users like us. That's the sole reason why Amazon's not getting hard and immediate slapdowns for avoidable incidents...

That's exactly what I was thinking. Looks like a rough drop, but probably not as bad as what most packages already go through.
