Want to clear up storage on my smart controller. All the files that are Android, won't open on smart controller, and my PC is a mac. I'm not sure what I can delete and not delete with all the weird file/folder names. Help?

Weird file/folder names? You'll need Android File Transfer to see files on your Mac.
My folders look like this when my SC is connected to my MBP. Unfortunately I don't know what files that are safe to delete, but I would be careful...
Pictures, download and DCIM should be the only ones you should delete. These are your picture and video folders.
