Android & iPad FLY App goes Blank ...

Any fix for the fly app in this respect. The app comes back on both. But why happening to both TAB S3 & iPad Pro. This is why I have both worlds, in case it one effects one platform Both are up to date in all respects.

Mine does this as well. And often when it comes back on my distance and altitude are frozen on the display until I land the drone and power cycle. Frustrating.
