did i see a stop sign next to that boat? that boat reminded me of the one in gilligans island ? i have expected to see the skipper chasing gilligan while hitting him with his hat,,nice video what ever that creature was needed air to survive

Your video is a bit herky-jerky, but loved the "Weirdo" instrumental. I also have a similar video, also near Sacramento, CA. It was taken when I was just starting out flying my drone, thus the herky-jerky video. I think it was a seal, also, have a look:
