Anyone know about buying DJI Care Refresh for a used drone?

I’m thinking of purchasing either an Air Fly More Combo or a Pro Platinum (no combo) for similar pricing. Both are only 2-4 moths old.

Does anyone know if I can buy the DAjI Care Refresh package for either of these drones? Reported to have had no crashes with either.
