Unlikely, The drone probably did it. either way it can just be rotated.It's obviously been shot normally.
The glitch is in whatever program is showing you those thumbnails.

All of those images have the same pixel dimensions and all are 4:3 aspect ratio..Without measuring, the image in question looks like it was shot in 16:9 aspect ratio. I believe the default is 4:3 as it is with the other images.
