I believe its a DJI Matrice M200 (not 100% sure) but w/o a gimbal camera module attached, and with a few personal touches, such as the yellow legs (although that 'could' be a DJI option?)
They are aimed more for the industrial scene with price tags to match ($20K+)
As stated above DJI and M200 series. Could be a true 200 or 210 I didn't zoom in close enough to determine.
Before you add cameras and other "goodies" the aircraft system starts around $5K and goes up from there. We've helped some departments get set up with M210 with dual cameras etc and the whole Kit & Caboodle came in around $38K (tons of batteries, quick chargers, etc etc)
As the market leader in easy-to-fly drones and aerial photography systems, DJI quadcopters like the Phantom are the standard in consumer drone technology.
