OOPS, it doesn't look like it is even available for the Air

Yes it does. It can do way points and let's you choose if you want to fly, and not dictate your choice to fly. Since I discovered Litchi, I haven't gone back to the DJI app.

I don't find one specifically for the Air. Which did you download, Phantom, Inspire, Spark?

Download the Mavic version. I used it yesterday for the first time on my 3-day-old Mavic Air. Flew a couple missions around the farm across the street (I have permission from the landowner, and it’s all without n VLOS).

It performed flawlessly. I love the ability to create missions on my workstation and load them onto the drone.

The Magic version works extremely well. I use it most of the time. Love the waypoints and variety of panos possible. Well worth it and then some.
