I've began creating data (gauges) overlays for 4k/1080 videos and racerender seems to work well, for the most part.
I'm trying to grasp the easiest method for creating these videos.
Sometimes the altitude field setting works, sometimes it needs changed to a different "field" name..
I also tried merging my video files into one big file (via sony vegas) then adding the racerender project then adding the data files, but this seems to create a mess or doesnt work.
So far i think the best solution, might be adding the videos and data files one by one.. creating one giant video edit with the overlay for the full day of flying (in my case).. then editing that resultant file in sony vegas later on and re-rendering.
Also noticing that the setting of 40 mbps or so in racerender "May" be close to that of the 60 mbps on the original footage but maybe with larger file sizes too.. unsure.
Thanks in advance for any information here.
