Apps for flight restrictions

Hi. I'm from UK and on the drone site I found this 2 apps: AirMap and Drone Assist.
Which map/app do you use to take in consideration for flying legally? Next to the one from Dji-GEO zone map.
Because I saw different coloured zones at all 3 apps for the same place.
