I'm asking as I can't get the DJI care/refresh form to submit after doing the PITA video for it!
I read the gimbal serial from the sticker on it but this number differs to the camera number read via the app.
Any way tried both number but the form still gives 'System Error'. I'm a newbie and want this cover before i fly!
Maybe it's just their website issue - did email them yesterday.
