Is it normal for a refurbished battery from DJI ebay store to show it has been charged 0 times?

I guess a battery can be refurbished in several ways but I expected to see more than zero charges when I checked in dji fly.

I flew rc for years and years ect, and it still took months and months before I was in my comfort zone like with the planes. Been flying drones for just over 2 yrs now.
