Assistant 2 connection to MA

Just downloaded and installed the assistant 2 onto my Mac Air (running latest OS). Connection keeps enabling/disabling every 2 seconds and therefore unable to download video from onboard storage. Can anyone shed any light on this issue please?

I also have a MA. My assistance 2 also does not work properly. I am using microsoft 10 operation system. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this.

I use Win10 and Assistant 2 works. No problems.

hi you must be one of the lucky ones lots of problems with loading the mavic air driver when opening 10 and 7 i tried all sorts with instructions from DJI and had to send it away in the end for reformatting
