asteroid and other things just not working ?????

Only had my Mavic Air a month and I don't seem to be able to just take it out and fly it without yet another problem with it.

Today I set the C button to navigation. That didn't work and just made it show up the quick shots page?

So am like OK something else on this thing that dose not work.

This afternoon I took it out to try asteroid.

I selected asteroid. It said draw the box around myself...... Then nothing!

After 4 try s I gave up.

What is going on here ? Anyone know before I send the whole thing back to dji.

I cant trust it to do anything so packed it away until I find out what's wrong with it.

I've exact same issue. Did you solve this one?
After pressing the GO button. It's counting down and recording button stays on 0%.
nothing happend.

yes I did fix this problem. I contacted DJI. i though my sony phone was good with the go 4 app. But turns out the problem was my phone and not on dji`s list of good phones to use with the app. As soon as i tried another phone. the asteroid worked fine. I then got myself a crystalsky as thats made by DJI so no issues at all now.
