Well it’s not the first time the FAA’s website is confused about UAV laws and it’s own guidance.

I’m saying there is no rule that says a recreational pilot cannot fly over a highway or moving car.

Why do you think it was attacked by a bird? Did you see it? It looks like the gimbal gradually lost the horizon (gimbal needs repair)

It's a brand new Mavic Air, less than an hour of flight time.
