I live in hotel skycity on the H1 level is a courtyard right underneath the tower, should I ask hotel if I can takeoff from there or just go for it?

So far I've only been able to fly from the park, it's windy and I can not get a close shot of the walkers without risk lose of control since I'm getting weak signal at that range already.

Can't open the video but from the thumbnail it looks like there is a building with a helipad on the right. You might want to stay away and below that height.

Arghh, no! Please check https://app.airshare.co.nz/app/apps/airspaceMap/ . The whole of downtown Auckland is controlled airspace. I suggest removing your video. You risk a big fine from the NZ CAA if they were to see it.
