Auto land and could not cancel!

So.. last night, I thought it would be a great idea and deliver a USB stick to my buddy about 500 meters away.. Full line of sight but condo builds near by. I took off straight up about 100 meters and went straight to his coordinates. Just when I pull down to land (100M) in the air, the Mavic starts beeping and says landing! I wasn't too alarmed as it was already at its destination. But what if this happened in the middle of no where... Im running on an iPhone 6, and couldn't hit the red X to cancel. It was there, but not responsive.

Flip to Sports mode

It probably thought it was close to ground when you were pulling down. Something below may have tricked the downward sensors

Unless it is a critical battery landing, u can still cancel it by moving the left stick upward, and yes, flip it to sport mode works too
