Mini Autumn's Birth - North Carolina

Fall is always very late coming to central North Carolina, and colors are traditionally more muted than in higher elevations. Nevertheless, it is always a pleasure to experience the changes beginning. This is my first attempt with my Mini to view some of these changes from above. The shapes and contrasts were startling to me, even with the somewhat limited color palette. In their way, they were hypnotic, so I wanted to somehow present that visually. Here's the Vimeo link:
