Brian:
3 months!!! what a joke. "being DJI" LOL
the chances are it will be 30% until the end of the year. Trump does his very best to save us drone pilots some money.... right!Brian:
I think the tariff situation can change quite quickly depending on the politics of the day. Once the spigot is turned back on by Trump, and depending on his political issues with the Chinese (meetings with Chi JI Ping). For now, just wait and see. Put your name on the wait list with B and H, a very reputable camera company, and you will be be kept informed regularly.

I just don't see this as a Tariff situation. Couldn't they just sell them at the elevated price? B&H and Adorama did. If people want to pay they can. Also they still can't get Air 3S here and that was long before the Tariffs.Brian:

You are right... the Tariff is just the icing on the cake, the rest is our U.S. Government being paranoid about drones made in China just like when all the airplanes in NJ turned into drones. The average person doesn't know any better and is easily brainwashed.I just don't see this as a Tariff situation. Couldn't they just sell them at the elevated price? B&H and Adorama did. B&H can't sell what DJI has chosen not to sell to them.I just don't see this as a Tariff situation. Couldn't they just sell them at the elevated price? B&H and Adorama did. If people want to pay they can. Also they still can't get Air 3S here and that was long before the Tariffs.
Then DJI would never sell to B&H ever again. If the U.S. Customs refuses shipments from DJI who pays the shipping costs? we do with increased prices or DJI halting all shipments until there are guarantees they will make it to their destination. DJI is suing the U.S. government and over this. Claims of slave labor plus using the drones for spying and new tariffs to boot.B&H can't sell what DJI has chosen not to sell to them.
However, B&H could easily still source gray market Mavic 4 Pro's from Canada or Mexico, and sell them as gray market drones.
Not true. B&H sells both U.S. warranteed and gray market cameras and lenses from both Canon and Nikon, and neither Canon nor Nikon have anything to say about it. Neither would DJI. B&H still can't sell U.S. warranteed Mavic 4 Pro units unless DJI can successfully ship them to them, after deciding to actually try to do so. Whatever the issue is, and DJI hasn't told anyone exactly why, they have chosen not to try to sell the Mavic 4 Pro in the U.S..Then DJI would never sell to B&H ever again. Canon and Nikon are not DJI so it may be true that DJI doesn't allow this. Can you send me a link to show DJI is willing to let this happen? Not true. I have not seen grey market Nikon at B&H for years, I don’t think that is a thing anymore, at least not on the site or app I view from in the U.S.Not true. some just can't admit when they are wrong but then again who knows for sure as people love jumping to conclusions without data to back it up as I have never heard of a DJI drone being sold by a major U.S. dealer as a gray market but hope they do soon! And you know this for a fact how? Source/proof?Then DJI would never sell to B&H ever again.
I live in Canada, there are long pre-order list to fill in Canada so there will be no shipments to the US. The distributor will not ship to the US due to threats from your US customs agents. I think that DJI has told the distributer not to ship to the US. The US tariffs have done a lot of damage between former trading partners and drones are just another victim of the trade wars.B&H can't sell what DJI has chosen not to sell to them.
