Backward and side sensors are not working

Hello, I have a Mavic 2 Zoom. The backward and side sensors were not working, so I replaced the sensor kit, but they are still not working. What could be the problem? Also, the drone is unstable while flying it moves around on its own in the air.

Also i cant calibrate the sensors. Thanks!

Are you 100% sure its not an IMU issue ? Do you get error codes? what are they?

Where did the replacement part come from?
If any of the sensors are not in working order, calibration will fail.
Instability may be related to an IMU that may need some attention. If the IMU is needing attention, that information will be visible in the app.

You've gotten some good advice already, erratic flight usually indicates needing an IMU calibration (follow instructions in the app). Hopefully the replacement sensor parts are new and from DJI only, not 3rd party or used..

i did imu calibration it didnt work

You need to replace the Ribbon cable. that should clear your problem. Make sure to recheck ALL connections and replace any silicone and/or thermal paste that may have been removed.
The error code tells me your sensors and/or your gimbal cannot communicate

Is this cable the reason why the backward sensor isnt working

This tiny little chip broke off a ribbon cable on a clients air2S. Only place I could find the part was AliExpress.

Side sensors only work in tripod mode by the way. M2P that is, not sure about the zoom version.
