Dear All HNY,

Apologize to bother you but i would appreciate your help.

Having updated my mavic air 2 with the latest firmware i had the following 2 issues 1) need to format my sd since i coulnd download files (problem solved) 2) a messages pops up saying backward vision sensor error (code 180035). Tried to calibrate with the dji assitance and i noticed the down sensor (right) is total black.

I appreciate your input or if anyone faced similar issue.

Best Regards,

The message says the backward camera sensor has got problems. Could calibration be done for that pair of sensors ?

I can see that the downward camera sensor is clearly faulty. One of the camers is blind.

Hello / thank you a lot for your message. Exactly the downward camera sensor is completely blind and for that reason backward calibration was not possible to be completed

I think you have to open a warranty case with DJI then.
