Basic question

Guys, I firstly apologise for asking such a basic question however I am stumped at Premiere Pro sequencer settings for importing my 4K Mavic footage to edit.

Each time I import my Mavic I get serious strobing on my secondary 1920 x 1080 monitor no matter what I try?

Any ideas please?

You need to use Proxy files to do it so you are editing in a lower resolution and then rendering it out in 4K. Here is a really good video on how to do it.
