Battery auto discharge inside drone and hub?

Does the mini 2 battery auto discharge inside the mini 2 as well as the hub?

Also do others store the batteries inside the hub at all times so the auto discharge works and keeps the batteries at safe levels for months even when not used. Do you keep the battery hub inside a lipo safe fire bag or just inside the fly more or other bag?

I keep mine in the hub with zero problems. The batteries discharge to a safe level in stages, takes about a week. DJI recommends fully charging about once a month to six weeks when stored.

The auto-discharge is built in the battery itself, doesn’t matter where it is.
