Battery cell differences

Hi guys I was getting a battery status error on this battery but after draining and charging this battery, it doesn't show it anymore. However, There is a slight difference in voltages of the first cell when compared to the other two. Is this an issue?

If after use, one cell is regularly showing differences > 0.07 V, then the battery is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Keep an eye on that battery.
I recommend to upload your flightlogs to Airdata.com. They have a good overview of your battery health.
