Battery Cell Fault

Hi Guys, went for a fly today with the Mavic Pro and I had an error on the RC saying battery fault, it wouldn't start the motors even though I had no intention to fly with a fault present.
It looks like one cell is high compared to the other two.
Any ideas if this can be fixed.

It looks like one cell is high compared to the other two.
Unless you are (electrically) included to open/repair the battery pack, I would just move on (and buy a replacement).

Bring it to battery or electronics workshop to balance the cells.
This error is typical for Mavic Pro batteries after long storage when cells deviation become more then 0.15V.
It could be easy fixed by cells balancing.
