Battery charging - no leds :(

Just gone to charge my batteries (on official charger) , 1 battery has no leds lit at all , plug it in and nothing happens , left it for 30 minutes still nothing
The other battery charges fine , used both about 3 weeks ago

Any ideas ??

Was it in a crash? Was it stored in excessive temperatures? Can you try to fit it in the Mavic and see if goes in easily as before? Somehow voltage might have dropped below minimum for the firmware to recognize it.

Did you buy the battery from DJI or an authorized dealer? If it's still under warranty, you might need to send it in.

Not in a crash , not stored in excessive temperature and fits fine in the mavic , its not swollen or bulged
Guess will have to try and RMA it

Can you turn it on? If so do it before connecting.

Cant turn it on , no life at all
And to make matters worse - decide to update FW on mavic and controller using DJI assistant and now got dreaded two flashing middle lights on my only working battery
Tried then to use DJI GO and cant as it now says this battery is below 50%

I would buy 1 new battery from a UK shop and send the others back to DJI as a warranty claim. Might be a few weeks if you have to send the to the Netherlands, but hopefully they will send you some good ones.
