Battery Error on controller

Hi all

I've googled my problem and searched the forums but haven't found any info that resolves my problem.

Updated my Mavic Pro to the latest firmware and it's fine, but my two extra batteries, when inserted give the"Battery Error" on controller.

I've reverted to previous firmware and upgraded again but no luck.

Sure anyone have any ideas?

You probably need to update the FW on your extra batteries as well. If the update included an update to the batteries, it will update the battery in the Mavic. If you try to use a non-updated battery, you'll get the error. Just "redo" the update with each of the batteries inserted. Once they're all on the same FW version, you shouldn't have any issues.

My Pro was a Fathers Day gift my controller is at 100% my phone is at 100% also but controller says my battery is extremely low.Dji support says drain battery completely but now every 15min it beeps.HELP.
