quick question, with the go 4 app when in the battery section is it normal for the shown battery levels bar to be showing lower even with full charge in cold weather,i noticed this yesterday in the cold weather that the bars were showing lower even tho it had a full charge.see pic,the number 3 bar was doing the most up down movement outside temps with chill was 33 degrees
