battery issue

Anyone ever see any batteries that show no info such as temp, charge level, cel info, etc inside the app? Have a mavic pro that is doing this on multiple batteries. Thinking the power board is bad (https://mavicpilots.com/threads/battery-error-fix.48581/), but wanted to confirm before I go about replacing it. Not able to do any firmware updates cause it keeps throwing an error about the battery using the app or assistant 2.

have you tried a app delete ,reinstall plus a different SD card in drone

Yes as well as factory reset of assistant, trying to update firmware multiple times

if you connect the controller to your device and then start the Mavic (props off) do you get everything to connect,apart from battery info, if so have you tried to update firmware using the app, give it a go just make sure you have everything charged up as it takes a while, you will know if it working as the lights on the back of the drone will flash as it goes through the process

it connects fine, wont take off, says battery failed

Not something that would fail with 3 batteries same time, probably is a deeper issue, like you mentioned in your OP.
Hopefully you can get it sorted ok, but might need a trip to a repair centre that can try things until they find what's gone ?

DDS @djidroneservice is a fair way from you in St Louis . . . NJ on the coast, but obviously it's easy to send something for assessment.
I think they do free freight to / from, and free quotes.
