Battery not charging over 77％

I have tried charging several different ways. Its not ever getting over the 77％ mark. Does anybody else have this problem?

You should get about 300 charge cycles

It might be a problem with the fuel gauge on the intelligent battery, I'm not sure how to reset it.
The Battery university says you run it until it goes flat to reset the fuel gauge.

Suggest fully discharging battery. Allow to cool and recharge. Sometimes it takes several cycles doing this.

It would be helpful to anyone reading (and answering) this thread if the OP would answer this simple question; it can be found via any of the flight data tools. Would also be helpful to know things like manufacture date (for all the batteries in question).
