Battery problem?

I bought a brand new battery in eBay. I could tell it was brand new, because the box came sealed and the battery itself reported to have had been charged 0 times.

The battery charges OK, performs normally, the flight times are as expected, depending on the weather conditions, and I get no error messages whatsoever.

However, there's a voltage difference of 0.2V between cells 1 and 2, 0.3V between cells 2 and 3 and 0.5V between cells 1 and 3, being that the difference is ascending.

Is this battery problematic? Should I return it? I have used it 5 times already with absolutely no issues. Have I just been lucky?

The seller is willing to refund me If I send it back...

I am not the battery expert but have read where batteries that have not been used in a while show imbalances like yours that level out after a few charging cycles.
