Beach flying - Fort Myers

Hi all,
Planning on doing some beach flying tomorrow with my MP and inspire 1 in Fort Myers, are there any specific rules to follow or anything I should be aware of and where would there be a good spot to fly from?

I'm a tad late, but as a Private that flies out of Page, and someone who is a passenger into RSW regularly, you need to watch your proximity to KFMY and KRSW. Para-sailing is off shore, watch for them, FMB is very crowded, flying legally ( not over people) is hard to do. You'd do a lot better down at Lovers Key IMHO.
