Probably bring it in to between 2.5 to 3.5 minutes max. Hard to do I found myself but it becomes easier in time. Truth is that most people will not watch any longer than that, or skim through it.

Nice video. Perhaps a bit too long, but really a matter of personal preference.

One thing I noticed, your big turn at the beginning started out okay, but got quicker towards the end. Too fast I believe. Rule of thumb I've heard is that when panning it should take no less than 7 seconds for a complete change of scene. (or an object to move from one side of the screen to the other)
