Interstingly I use Litchi Android. Fly quite a few waypoint missions with last WPT action set to land. For some strange reason with
Landing Protection = OFF, &
Precision Landing = ON
Mavic was stopping and hovering at 3 feet above ground during descent to land. So in this scenario I have disabled Precision Landing, which should not have been in play in any case. Final WPT is a different location to Take off point, so Precision Landing can never work there. But as soon as I slide to disable precision landing the hover at 3' ceased and descent to landing completes. Odd. I like the idea of it being able to complete an autonomous landing at last WPT (a known safe spot) in case I cannot be there for some reason.
