I have been considering joining a drone trade organization like AUVSI. I mainly use my Mavic for news gathering and cinematography for current affairs documentaries. I'm looking for an organization that provides training, perhaps insurance, and definitely an active forum of engaged operators. I'm based in DC: any suggestions?
