You need a card with a minimum U3 or V30 rating. The size is dependent on how much content you are generating. Memory cards wear out, there is a maximum number of times they can be written to. The sweet spot for me is 128 GB, and I'll swap them in and out from time to time. I do the same with my cameras.

At that size, premium cards are not expensive. A Sandisk Extreme Pro V30 128 GB is less than $25 USD.
