Just came across a very interesting article on how to fight the 48MP moire in MA2 when using a specific lightroom function: " With Enhance Details, the false colors were knocked right out, without any loss to acuity. In fact, at little spots throughout the frame, there were fewer artifacts and generally more consistent colors. On top of that, it was a very fast process, taking maybe three seconds to process the frame "

I think the article does not portray the whole picture, literally. The author presented the dark areas / shadows where it would be obvious that the each of the 4 sub pixels would not have a strong enough signal.

The relevant question would be whether as a whole, would he prefer the original details of a 48mp picture or the 12mp upscaled photo, ESPECIALLY at sufficient lighting.
