Brand new Mini, quickshots not working

I have a brand new mini never crashed, sd card inserted. I choose a quickshot mode and the times counts down 3,2,1 then it just sits there and does nothing. I've tried all the different quick shots and none will work. What could the issue be? I calibrated gimbal, compass, and IMU.

I'm having the exact same problem. It counts down 3-2-1 then it just hovers there, and does nothing. Can anyone help?
