I just bought my Mini last week . I'm new with this drone and accidentally flew and hit the tree. There's a crack in left arm. Is there any repair shop that I can order parts for this to replace

While waiting for a replacement, you may want to try an epoxy. In addition to not looking pretty, the epoxy repair might bring the mini's weight up over 250 grams, if that matters wherever you are located.
