We’ll take you all the way from building the airframe to adding autonomous flight capability with ArduPilot. Once you’ve got it working, you could program this drone, for instance, to automatically visit a series of landmarks or other waypoints and take pictures of them 1542837121102.png
 
I did this. Honestly, not worth it. Unless you're building a hex or an octo, the gimbal is not worth it's value in weight. I did it on a 6" race drone with a Feiyu WG2 and a GoPro Session. The software filtering, and the gyros have gotten a lot better in the miniquad world, now with just an F4 (or better F7) FC and a Hero 7 you can be as smooth as you want to be. Big acrobatic movements mess the gimbal up as well. Go full hex and build a gimbal rig, or build a race drone and learn how to fly steady. Check out my youtube channel
