Yes it is a tourist attraction = Home - Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad The speeder is the fire patrol for the train.

Have you used YouTube Studio to examine your Channel analytics? It gives you lots of information, such as where your traffic is coming from (YouTube Search, Google, Facebook, etc).

If you compare your old Channel analytics to your new analytics, it might shed some light on the mystery.
