Cable for RC1A Remote

I would like to mount my phone (Android) in a bracket above the RC1A controller, and the standard cable is too short. Are there any longer cables (eg about 8in) available, and what type of USB connection do I need on the controller end?

Does the RC1A controller use a Micro AB connection? My phone has a Micro USB connection (not type C).

There is a USB slot on the bottom of the controller that is normally used when a larger screen device is connected.

I found a transfer cable which is much longer then it needs to be (since my short one was misplaced the last time I flew) with a regular Usb that plugs below where the phone goes, and a Usb C that goes to my phone. The Micro Usb up near the left stick is not being used.
