Caladesi island

Planing to go tomorrow to Dunedin FL and enjoy the day with the family in the boat. Can I take off from my boat in the water and fly over Caladesi island since it is a Florida state park? 150ft max high, visual contact all the time. Thank you.

If you're not taking off or landing from the state park, there is nothing they can do about it. Only the FAA has jurisdiction for the airspace and it's not against the rules. Even if it was a federal park, as long as you take off and land outside of the park borders, the park itself has no jurisdiction.
