Camera controls locked up

I shot stills with my Air 2 in the manual/Pro mode. Last flight my shutter speed was stuck at 1/6400 and wouldn't change. I reset the camera via the controller and that worked however my EV is now stuck at -3 EV and wont change. I reset it again and nothing. Called up DJI and was told to user their software and reinstall the firmware. Did and nothing happened, still stuck. The camera works fine in auto, issues are only in manual. Anyone else have this problem? Glad I have the refresh package.

I have an issue with the EV settings on a Mini 5 iPad. It seems to be too near the bottom of the screen to let me change it. All the other settings work fine. I really haven't had the time to delve into it lately to explore what the issue is.
