Camera error

I would like to post a short video of the images that my camera is recording, but it tells me that I can't. It's only a 30 second video taken with my mavic Pro is there some sort of secret to uploading a video? I don't know if it's called pixeling or what, but it's getting more frequent and getting worse. I would love some help in identifying what might be the problem.
