Camera isn't pointing forward after crash

Crashed my Air2s, and now the camera can't seem to find the forward position. I have cycled power on and off, and camera swivels around on the gimbal, and ends up pointing straight up. Is it broken, or can I reset it?

Ask DJI support for help, unless you are a skilled repair person.

Don’t have that model but can’t you reset the camera in the settings.

welcome to the forum ,as @dirkclod said above try doing a gimbal calibration and see if that fixes the issue also make sure that there is no unwanted debris in any of the gimbal motors and that the camera and gimbal are attached to the drone correctly by the flexible mountings
