Camera not responding

Mavic pro, all software and firmware updated. Used with iPad mini 4. The camera is set to follow, it moves perfectly if her in hand and rotated, lifted etc. but the on screen slider has no effect. Any ideas?

That was an option in my phantom 2 that worked but don’t think it works with the mp - maybe in wifi mode only.

If you are using the remote controller you can move the gimbal using the dial on the upper left side or by touching the device screen, holding down, and dragging your finger up or down. In WiFi mode you should use the arrows top and bottom of the slider on the right side of the screen. Hope that clears it up a little.
