camera problems?

My camera has gone completely white on me and I cant see the video feed. how can I get this fixed? or do I need to completely replace something? at a total loss here.

basic reset and nothing happened. is there something or somewhere specific that I have to do that?

Did you try switching the camera exposure mode to auto or adjusting the EV if in manual mode? Check out #1 and #2 in this article:

when I get home I will try to adjust it and see if it somehow came off of auto. I am not a camera person so I try NOT to mess with exposure and all of that other stuff.
